About Us

The Thomasville Housing Authority was established in 1950. The Authority owns and manages five complexes. Our locations include College Terrace with 41 units, Faircloth Homes with 58 units, Flipper Homes with 47 units, Cherokee Homes with 46 units and Normal Park Homes with 62 units. The Authority is governed by a five-person Board of Commissioners.

The Boston Housing Authority locations include Sunset Terrace with 18 units and Rosedale Terrace with 21 units. The Board of Commissioners is governed by a four-person board.
